Refund policy

Exchange Policy:

We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return.

Mail us within 3 working days (glitterandgrace2025@gmail.com) along with your order id & reason of return.
Unboxing video is mandatory.

We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns are eligible for store credits only. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 70 per order which will be borne by the customer. The voucher will be issued after deducting INR 70 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.  

Damage Product: We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage from our end. Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request. 
In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
You will receive store credit for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.

Missing Item & Incorrect orders: We ensure a delightful user experience, in case of missing or incorrect orders, it must be reported immediately upon delivery to our Customer Support Team on 8080809098 or mail us on glitterandgrace2025@gmail.com. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.

No refund/exchange for used products. 

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders. 

Clearance Sale/Hampers are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.

Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or store credit.

Store credit cannot be redeemed on sale items.
